The worst staff I've ever met

I stayed MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West on 20 SEP 15.
Reception girl LISA was worst I've ever met. She was so unpleasant and unkind.
When she could not find my name in the reservation list , she put all the responsibility on me.I requested her a
quiet room, she told me that all hotel rooms were in same condition and I could not choice. She gave a noisy room that was among student's school excurtion rooms.I wanted to pay with Diners card, and of course she rejected strongly without any trial.
My friend greatly surprised to see LISA's incredible cold attitude.

アムスに住んでいましたが、あそこは従業員スタッフ一般的に不親切で、いつも頭にきていました。オランダ人はフレンドリーな人が多いのに、ショップやレストラン、ホテルスタッフは態度が最悪な奴等ばっかりです。サービス業が全く向かないお国柄な印象です。
