　サーモンを食べてから　あわててシャッターを押した笑　ご飯は半分残し　あら汁は　あら　のみいただく

東京地方は花冷え、土曜というのにヒマです

きのう13日は　日中14℃、初夏の陽気で軽装で済んだが　きょう14日は7 ℃　寒っ

手術患者以外の　カウンセリングや脱毛　包交　などの患者はぱったり来ない

こういう日に来院すると　とことん　丁寧に診察してあげられるのにね

メンソールたばこ、脳卒中のリスクが2倍以上

ここで注意しなければならないのは　原著（引用元の論文）では　「詳細については　さらなる調査分析が必要だが・・」とのただし書きがあることだ

あんまり　研究途中の経過のデータで大騒ぎしないことだ

以前より　mentholated cigarette smokingによる　インポテンツ　男性不能　など　取りざたされているが　血管系の収縮に深刻な影響があったのだろうか

It is always good to remind the public of the dangers of smoking, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, that smoking cigarettes increases a person's risk of heart disease two-fold to four-fold, compared to non-smokers. On the other hand, after more than 40 years of exposing the dangers of tobacco, and the gradual tightening of smoking laws, perhaps it's time that the healthcare community spent their time on other healthcare issues that are problematic to the population.

We know smoking is not a good habit long term, and short term leads to a daily addiction, smokng bans are in place around the world, moves are underway to limit display of the products in retailers and its reaching the point where Tobacco must either be outlawed, creating more cartels and violence, or just tolerated as something some people choose to do and that will die out over the next few generations. In time, Tobacco will probably be considered as outdated as a type writer.

米内科学会誌「アーカイブス・オブ・インターナル・メディシン」に発表された研究で、メンソールタイプのたばこを吸う喫煙者は、他の喫煙者に比べ、脳卒中になるリスクが２倍以上であることが明らかになった

カナダ・トロントにあるセントマイケルズ病院のニコラス・ボゾリス氏がまとめた研究では、２００１─０８年に米国で実施された、健康や生活スタイルに関するデータを調べた。データの対象となった５０２８人の喫煙者のうち、普段メンソールタイプを吸う人は約２６％だった

それによると、詳細については　さらなる調査分析が必要だが・・メンソールの喫煙者のうち脳卒中を起こした人は３．４％、それ以外の喫煙者では２．７％となった。これに年齢、人種、性別、喫煙本数などを考慮に入れて分析すると、メンソール喫煙者には他の喫煙者よりも２倍以上の脳卒中リスクがあることが分かったという

木嶋佳苗被告に死刑判決 男性３人殺害認定

ジョニーの感想としては　状況証拠しかないからこそ　一般市民の裁判員は素朴な印象で木島の死刑判決を導き出したんだろう


それから　木嶋被告には失礼ながら　世の中にはデブ専（デブ女に性的魅力や欲求を感じる男）も本当にいるんだな　と驚いた


男性３人が相次いで不審な死を遂げた事件の裁判員裁判で、殺人などの罪に問われていた木嶋佳苗被告（３７）に対し、さいたま地裁は１３日、死刑を言い渡した

産経は号外を出したほどだ

ジョニーのまわりでも　120％木島は殺している　などと死刑を支持する声が多い


いまさら感想はないが　そこまで命をかけてまで結婚したかった男性が哀れだ

もしジョニーが法務大臣なら、死刑判決が確定しても彼女に死刑執行命令を下すのは躊躇するかもしれない

一万分の１　の確率で彼女が犯人でないとしたら　あとで取り返しのつかないことになるから・・・

帝銀事件の平沢翁のように実質は仮釈放なしの終身刑になるのかもしれない

さいたま地裁は木嶋被告が、大出嘉之さん、寺田隆夫さん、安藤建三さんを練炭自殺を装って殺害したことを全て認めた。

木嶋被告の関与を示す直接的な証拠がない中で、判決では、３人には自殺の動機がなかったとした上で、木嶋被告が同じ種類の練炭コンロを入手していたこと

被害者から多額の金銭を受け取っていて殺害の動機があったこと

などを指摘し、３人の殺害を認定した。その上で、「働かずにぜいたくで虚飾に満ちた生活を維持するために犯行に及んだもの」「非道な殺人を約６か月の間に繰り返した」として、死刑を言い渡した。

弁護側は控訴する方針
